World Orca Day at Thieves Bay Breakwater

This exciting event is perfect for anyone who is interested in learning more about the endangered Southern Resident orcas, while enjoying a day filled with music, activities, treats, and valuable information. Hosted by PenderPOD, the SGIWSN and Pender Islands Conservancy, Orca Day aims to educate and entertain attendees of all ages. Special guests from Gulf Islands National Park Reserve SRKW team will be joining. Thank you to MLPOS and PIPRC for supporting this program. Limited parking so please carpool, walk or bike if you can. Please park in the Thieves Bay Park parking lot and walk down to the breakwater.
