Where in the world is Brooks Point on South Pender Island?
South Pender Island is one of the Southern Gulf Islands in British Columbia, Canada. It is joined to North Pender Island by a single-lane bridge. It is situated on Boundary Pass across from the San Juan Islands in Washington State of the USA. The Southern Gulf Islands are part of the Capital Regional District of British Columbia (CRD). It is reached by BC Ferries from Tsawwassen on the mainland and Swartz Bay on Vancouver Island, followed by a drive from the ferry terminal down North Pender, across the bridge and down to the park entrance on Gowlland Point Road, just before the junction with Jennens and Kloshe road. There's lots of parking on Gowlland and a bike rack at the entrance.
